Community Health Integrated Platform (CHIP) has developed the "ANM Digital Health Application" to aggregate social and health-related data by Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs). Through this app, ASHAs can conduct health surveys and provide Maternal and Child Health Nurse (MCHN) services, immunization, and other health services on Mother and Child Health Day. The information collected through this app will assist health authorities in allocating resources effectively and enable ASHAs to deliver better healthcare services. This application is approved by the Rajasthan government and is included in the National Health Mission project implementation plan by the Government of India to foster innovation. Developed by the Department of IT & Communications, Rajasthan State Data Centre (RSDC) securely hosts this application. Exclusively used by Authorized Government Health Service Providers (ANMs), no financial incentives were provided to department developers for creating this platform. Prior consent is obtained from beneficiaries before utilizing this platform for surveys.

The current version of the application aids in:

1. Preparing accurate profiles of villages, subcenters, and anganwadi centers in their respective areas.
2. Registering related Asha workers under their area's anganwadi centers in the app.
3. Conducting surveys door-to-door for seasonal illnesses and detecting ILI symptoms.
4. Screening potential disease cases using pulse oximeters and thermal scanners.
5. Conducting digital health surveys where Asha workers are unavailable.
6. Connecting families using Aadhaar linkage technologies with network connectivity.
7. Linking families or individuals without Aadhaar linkage using digital health surveys.
8. Manually entering embedded personal information into Aadhar card QR codes without network connectivity.
9. Conducting household-level larval surveys.
10. Gathering information about medicine distribution/treatment given to families or individuals.
11. Collecting demographic data of families and individuals.
12. Gathering household-specific information.
13. Collecting data on various Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) and minor ailments.
14. Gathering information about the Maternal Critical Indicator's status in pregnant women, ensuring necessary IoT devices' data integration for MCI like weight, blood pressure through Bluetooth connectivity directly within the application.
15. This eliminates the manual data feeding required by ANMs, allowing devices to automatically feed data into the application.

18. Saving data offline and syncing once network connectivity is restored.
